Blog troubles

I'd like to apologise for not leaving comments or feedback on peoples profiles, but for some reason, my blogger won't let me.
It won't let me comment on my own posts or anyone else's and says that I do not have permission to do that from the email account I sign in on.

Please don't think I am ignorant and I really appreciate all your positive feedback and would also like to thank some of you for blog awards.

If anyone knows how I can fix this then feel free to leave a comment below... Its so frustrating!

    Blogger can be such a pain! Do you use Google Chrome?

    It's internet explorer. It's a royal pain in the arse, use google chrome or firefox as your web browser and it'll sort it out!
